Jen is the Chief Financial Officer with experiences across all areas of the firm’s accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis. She began her accounting career in 2009 and has provided financial services across a range of industries, including corporate, nonprofit, governmental, and hospitality. Before joining Saltmarsh, she served as Finance Director for a nonprofit medical research and education organization, where she led financial strategy and implemented key accounting processes, controls, and policies.
