Maddie is the Talent Acquisition Coordinator with experience across recruiting and employer branding. She began her career in talent acquisition focusing on building strategic partnerships and supporting firm-wide recruitment initiatives. Her primary areas of experience include managing Saltmarsh’s recruiting programs, leading campus initiatives such as the firm’s summer leadership experience and internship programs, and serving as the primary liaison between hiring managers, external agencies, and university partners.
