Marya Wall, CRCM, CAMSSenior Consultant, Financial Institutions

Marya is a senior consultant in the Financial Institution Advisory Group at Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund. She has over 30 years of industry experience, working primarily in BSA and regulatory compliance areas. Marya specializes in BSA, AML, and Sanctions by improving efficiency and effectiveness in the ever-changing landscape.

Prior to joining Saltmarsh in 2025, Marya held diverse roles across the banking industry, specializing in regulatory consulting, developing and executing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) strategies, and ensuring the accuracy of sanctions monitoring processes. Her favorite fundamental is #12, ‘Practice Blameless Problem-Solving,’ because she believes it encourages team members to speak up safely when they make mistakes, which will lead to collaboration, training and coaching.
