Austin is a manager in the Information Technology Services practice of Saltmarsh. With more than five years of experience in information technology, he provides comprehensive onsite and remote support, specializing in network administration, server management, cybersecurity, and end-user technology solutions. Austin works closely with clients across industries such as healthcare, financial institutions, utilities, and small businesses to design and implement technology strategies that align with their long-term goals.


He helps organizations manage and strengthen their IT infrastructure from servers and networking to compliance and cybersecurity, while developing practical technology plans and budgets that support stability and growth. Austin is passionate about creating secure, efficient environments through layered, modern cybersecurity measures and by designing smart IT roadmaps that drive business success.


Prior to joining Saltmarsh, Austin served as a technology specialist at a regional credit union, where he managed network operations and delivered IT solutions to enhance performance and safeguard critical systems. His work in the financial institutions industry provided valuable insight into how technology directly supports both organizational goals and end users. That experience continues to inform his approach today, where he focuses on developing strong business-to-business relationships and implementing strategic solutions that drive measurable impact for his clients.
