As CEO at Saltmarsh, Lee leads with vision and heart, working every day to drive growth, innovation, and strengthen the firm’s legacy as a trusted partner to our clients and a home for our people.

Lee has led Saltmarsh since 2016, bringing more than 30 years of leadership and expertise to the role. He began his career in public accounting in 1991 with an international firm before joining Saltmarsh in 2001. Over the years, Lee has provided specialized guidance in consulting, compliance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, and litigation support.

A respected leader in the profession, Lee has played a key role in expanding the firm’s service offerings and growing its regional footprint. Beyond his executive leadership, he continues to serve a select portfolio of clients, offering hands-on insight and building trusted relationships. Lee is passionate about cultivating a culture of excellence and integrity both within the firm and the communities Saltmarsh serves. He remains committed to supporting the next generation of professionals and securing the firm’s legacy.
